Support Services Division
The Support Services Division is led by the Support Services Captain, who reports directly to the Chief of Police. The Division was established in 2024 as part of a broader reorganization of the Department, replacing the former Administrative Division and consolidating oversight of professional standards, training, communications, and investigations under a single command.
What the Division Oversees
The Support Services Division is organized into two main units:
-
Professional Standards & Training, led by the Professional Standards Lieutenant, which oversees the Training Sergeant and the Body Worn Camera Program
-
Investigations Unit, led by the Investigations Lieutenant, which houses the Department's Sergeants and Detectives, a Juvenile Specialist, and the Property & Evidence Room, coordinated by the Property & Evidence Room Coordinator and Clerk.
