Skip the Wait and File Your Report Online!
For many non-emergency incidents, the fastest way to file a police report isn't a phone call - it's right here. The Redwood City Police Department's Online Crime Reporting System lets you file a report on your own schedule, 24 hours a day, without waiting on hold or for an officer to become available. Your information is transmitted securely, you receive a temporary case number immediately upon submission, and once approved, an official report is emailed to you at no cost. Before you begin, please review the eligibility criteria below to confirm your incident qualifies. As always, if you have an emergency, call 911.
