Parent Project

The Parent Project is a free, 12-week course offered in English and Spanish for anyone who cares for a child or adolescent. Classes meet for three hours each week, giving parents and caregivers the tools and support they need to navigate challenging behavior and strengthen their relationship with their kids.

Throughout the course, parents and caregivers learn and practice practical parenting skills while connecting with information about resources and support available within their community. The program is designed to help families work through difficult situations together, offering hope and concrete strategies to parents who may be feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn.
